We hope that our product fully meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.
Order Inspection
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if the product does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and find the best solution for you.
Prior Approval for Returns
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval. Before returning your product, please contact us to obtain authorization.
Product Condition
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact. The mini air pump, as well as any accessories included in the original package, must be returned unused, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

The customer is fully responsible for the return.

Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned item, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above. If the item is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 15 business days after return approval.
